Sectors

Dogwood targets small cap companies in the following sectors: (i) Manufacturing; (ii) Distribution; (iii) Service; and (iv) Consumer Products.

Investment Type

Buyout and select later-stage growth investments.  Dogwood typically invests $4 million to $10 million per transaction.

Target Company Characteristics

  • Strong competitive position within a defined industry  segment;
  • Companies with revenues between $10 million and $75 million;
  • Companies with EBITDA between $3 million and $10 million.
