Our Investment Philosophy

Our core goals of preserving capital and achieving a competitive, risk-adjusted return for our limited partners will guide our investment decisions.

We expect that companies we invest in will have the following characteristics:

• A strong management team with relevant experience and proven track records;
  
  
• A growing and defensible share of their target market, with a strategy for overcoming pressure from competitors;
  
  
• A unique product, technology or service, preferably proprietary or with protected intellectual property;
  
  
• A clear opportunity for a liquidity event within a five year period, that will generate attractive returns on investment;
  
  
• A sound business model with realistic revenue projections and preferably high margins.
  

We anticipate being an active investor, with board participation commensurate with the equity ownership. All members of the firm will also be active in assisting management in securing resources necessary to succeed.
